Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Corrugated polypropylene panels are supplied cut with the flutes running vertically relative to the finished artwork, so that wire stakes may be inserted into the flutes, unless the customer specifies otherwise in writing. Wire stakes are supplied to the gauge and leg length stated on the quotation; stake performance depends on ground conditions, and displacement or bending in saturated, sandy or frozen ground is not a manufacturing defect. Large format panels are supplied with framing, post spacing and set depth as stated; the customer is responsible for installation, for obtaining the landowner’s permission, and for siting any large sign so that failure of the sign presents no hazard. Print is supplied with ultraviolet-stable inks rated for a single outdoor season; progressive fading with prolonged exposure is normal. WE PROVIDE NO LEGAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. Requirements relating to attribution or disclaimer statements, including their wording, minimum type size and placement, and requirements relating to sign placement, right-of-way setbacks, sight lines and permitted display periods, are determined by applicable federal, state and local law and by the customer’s own legal counsel. Any disclaimer or attribution text is reproduced exactly as supplied by the customer and shown on the proof for the customer’s approval; we do not draft, review, verify or approve such text, and the customer is solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content supplied, for compliance with all applicable election, campaign finance and signage regulations, and for any required registrations or permissions. Goods are supplied to any lawful campaign, committee, ballot measure or advocacy organisation without regard to party or position, and no endorsement of any candidate, party, measure or position is expressed or implied by their supply. We do not manufacture regulatory, traffic or highway signage, metal plaques, blade or wayfinding signage, neon signage, A-frame boards, flags, buttons or celebration yard displays.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
